Terms of Service
Last updated July 19, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of ironstocklab (the “Service”, “we”, “us”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. The Service is informational only
The Service provides financial data, screening, and analytics for informational and educational purposes. It is not investment advice and we are not a broker-dealer or registered investment adviser. Please read our Disclaimer, which is incorporated into these Terms.
2. Eligibility & accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. Some features require an account, which you may create with an email magic link or a supported single sign-on provider. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity under it. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
3. Subscriptions, billing & refunds
Certain features require a paid subscription. Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store your full card details. By subscribing you authorize us and Stripe to charge your payment method on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, as selected) until you cancel. Any free trial converts to a paid subscription at the end of the trial unless cancelled beforehand.
- You can cancel at any time from your account; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you retain access until then.
- Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable and we do not provide refunds or credits for partial periods.
- We may change subscription prices with reasonable notice; changes apply to renewals after the notice period.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- scrape, crawl, or bulk-download data from the Service, or resell or redistribute the data, except as expressly permitted;
- circumvent rate limits, access controls, or usage limits, or share paid access with others outside your account;
- interfere with or disrupt the Service, or attempt to access systems or data you are not authorized to access;
- use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
5. Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design, and compiled data presentations, is owned by us or our licensors and protected by law. Underlying public data (such as SEC EDGAR filings) is not owned by us. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your personal or internal business purposes, subject to these Terms.
6. No warranty
The Service and all data are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, timeliness, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or investment losses, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim or USD $100.
8. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or to protect the Service. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including disclaimers, limitations of liability, and intellectual property) will survive.
9. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with an updated effective date; continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
10. Governing law & contact
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Questions about these Terms can be sent to legal@ironstocklab.com.
