Privacy Policy
Last updated July 19, 2026
This policy explains what personal data ironstocklab (“we”, “the Service”) collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. We collect the minimum needed to run the Service and we do not sell your personal data.
Data we collect
- Account data. Your email address, and — if you sign in with Google — the basic profile information Google returns (name, email, avatar). We use this to create and secure your account.
- Your content. The watchlists, saved screens, and portfolio trades you create. This is stored to provide the Service to you.
- Billing data. If you subscribe, our payment processor collects and processes your payment details. We receive only limited information such as your subscription status, plan, and the last four digits and brand of your card — never your full card number.
- Usage & device data. Aggregate, privacy-preserving analytics about page views and performance (such as approximate location by country, browser type, and referring page). We use this to understand traffic and improve performance.
- Cookies. We use a strictly necessary cookie to keep you signed in. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
How we use data
- to provide, secure, and operate the Service and your account;
- to process subscriptions and prevent fraud;
- to send you essential service emails (such as sign-in links and billing notices);
- to analyze and improve performance and reliability;
- to comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.
Service providers
We share data only with vendors that process it on our behalf to run the Service:
- Neon — managed PostgreSQL database hosting.
- Vercel — application hosting and privacy-preserving analytics.
- Resend — delivery of sign-in and transactional emails.
- Google — optional single sign-on, if you choose it.
- Stripe — subscription billing and payment processing.
These providers are bound to use the data only to provide their services to us. We may also disclose data if required by law or to protect our rights and users.
Data retention
We keep account and content data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account or ask us to, we delete or anonymize your personal data within a reasonable period, except where we must retain records to meet legal or accounting obligations.
Your rights & choices
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. You can manage your saved content in the app and your subscription and payment method through the billing portal. To exercise any other right, contact us at the address below and we will respond as required by applicable law. You can also opt out of marketing emails at any time; we do not sell personal data, so no “do-not-sell” action is required.
Children
The Service is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data.
Changes & contact
We may update this policy from time to time; material changes will be posted here with a new effective date. Questions or requests can be sent to privacy@ironstocklab.com.
